Man-Bat along with Killer Croc, Catwoman, Bane, and Penguin planned to plant several Penguin Minions all over Gotham City. Man-Bat was featured as a minor boss that the Dynamic Duo had to defeat in order to continue to fight Penguin, the major boss of the second portion of LEGO Batman: The Videogame.

Man-Bat does not have a major role in the story but was thought to have aided Joker and Lex Luthor in their mission to take over Gotham City.
